Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performedPerform product identification and traceability activities, as required Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs; logs the assembly non-conformities and generates a report (NCR)Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specification RequirementsInvestigates and reports production line failures Follow all clean-up and housekeeping proceduresComply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulationsSelects materials for tests and materials for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristicsAssists with the PPAP processSets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristicsPI227550228 Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Automotive Industry Customer Service Databases Housekeeping Visual Inspections Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
