We're looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests' needs and complaints.
You'll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person.
If you've worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you.
However, we're willing to train the right applicant.
Duties & Responsibilities Full Time and Part Time positions are available.
Customer Service and Hospitality is an utmost requirement.
We are in the business of Hotel Services for guests, and you must be great with people and be able to stay cool under pressure.
Must be friendly, well-spoken and customer-oriented above all.
Must speak fluent, conversational English.
Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests' needs.
Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required.
Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk.
Refer guests to local amenities and venues.
Communicate guests' requests and complaints to the appropriate department.
Must be proficient and comfortable with computer usage.
Must be able to multi-task and remain calm and focused in high-volume situations.
Must be exceedingly professional in both appearance and behavior.
Responds to and follows through with guest requests, exceeding expectations, following up with guest to ensure needs and expectations are met.
Prior experience in hotel front desk and/or reservations or customer service is recommended.
