The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in the daily operations of our growing company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong level of professionalism, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer the front desk phone in a friendly and courteous manner.
Greet customers and visitors and ready their paperwork for their appointment Coordinate daily clinic schedules Prepare documentation for each appointment Collect copays and other out of pocket expenses Answer basic questions from customers.
Answer basic customer inquiries over the phone.
Use good customer service skills when speaking with customers.
