Position Description
Primary purpose:
To compile, organize, analyze, maintain, update and report all project information, data, financials and progress. Assist with administrative and clerical duties in support of Area Operations.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Facilitate and centralize reporting and data management and the systematization of project information.
o Support annual budget preparation efforts and monthly forecasting activities for Area as needed
o Code invoices appropriately and pay bills on monthly basis
o Prepare and drive to completion RFM's, RFS's, Work Directives, Contracts and Low Risk Agreements in support of Area Operations and Maintenance activities
o Support timesheet administrative duties as needed
o Responsible for updates to and administrative actions associated with the learning management system (LMS)
o Assist in the tracking and trending of information and the generation of reports on an ad hoc basis
o Compile data and develop forecasts to keep project progress on target
o Complete periodic utilization studies on database and other information systems to enhance effectiveness and productivity
o Assist with updating and migrating procedures into proper format
o Work cooperatively with regional training management to ensure timelines and workloads are met
o Prepare all necessary reports as required
o Attend team meetings as required
o Regular and predictable attendance.
o Other duties as required
Position Requirements
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience/Specific Knowledge:
Minimum 3 to 5 years hands-on experience working in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced office / professional environment
o Knowledge of PC operations and other related database applications
o Must be proficient in and have at least 3 to 5 years direct and active experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
o Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company insurance carrier.

Demonstrate efficiency in writing and understanding verbal and written communications, including, but not limited to, e-mail
o Must be able to interact with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism including, but not limited to, other employees, all levels of management, vendors and customers
o Demonstrate ability to speak clearly, both in person and via telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and to listen carefully
o Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Office applications and database software including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
o Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical and communication skills
o Must be able to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict and simultaneous deadlines
o Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details and follow work rules
o Must demonstrate ability to plan, organize and utilize project management skills
o Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision at times
o Must be able to work autonomously as situation dictates.
o Must be able to speak and understand English.
Physical demands:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis
o Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
o Successful completion of background check, MVR and post offer and random drug screens
Working conditions:
Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of job performance
o Must maintain a high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets and employees and the general public
o May be required to work non-traditional hours as needed as well as overtime hours.
Job level commensurate with skills and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
